What do you mean by "Full Family" on the gift certificate?
This means ALL family members (parents and children), must attend and participate at your photography session. At your viewing and design appointment both parents (if applicable) must be present for any offers or gift vouchers to be valid - no exceptions. There are no refunds given on Gift Certificates, however you are able to pass them onto a friend or relative if you do not wish to use them yourself.
Portrait Session Photography Times
When we book your portrait session, if you choose to have a location shoot as opposed to a studio session we photograph your session either at sunrise or sunset - this is to produce the best possible lighting conditions, and beautiful 'feel' to your photos.
Register your gift certificate
You must register and book your photo session prior to the expiry date on your certificate if you wish to receive the complimentary prints & portrait credits offered on the certificate - no exceptions. Only one certificate per year, per family may be used. No other offers can be used in conjunction with your gift certificate. In other words - no doubling up! Your design & viewing appointment
All design and viewing appointments must be taken withing 4 weeks for your gift certificate offers to be valid - after this date your complimentary 8" x 12" matted print, and $100 Credit will be forfeited (or any other offer on your voucher at the time). Your viewing and design appointment is included with your Gift Certificate, or Portrait Session, however, If you require a second viewing and design session to make your selection I am able to accommodate you but this will be charged at $150 per hour.
Gift certificate prints and portrait art credit
Any offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described. This offer is not transferable. All images and products included in a single offer or special, must be a full family portrait and all of the same portrait. Please Note: Your $100 Portrait Credit becomes active once your total investment is over $800.
Booking Deposit & Payment Options - Family Portrait Sessions
A $50 Booking Deposit is required towards your portrait session to confirm your booking, (this will be credited toward your portrait order on the day of your viewing and design appointment but is not reimbursed for cash if you do not purchase any additional portraits beyond your Gift Certificate). Your deposit is not refunded if you give me less than 10 days notice of unavailability for your portrait session appointment or 5 days notice of your Viewing and Design Session. You may postpone your session up to two times, after which you will be required to pay an additional $50 booking fee to hold your third date. This covers the loss of the appointment session and/or design appointment and my photographic time. You do not forfeit your deposit if we need to reschedule due to weather conditions. (Booking deposits are non-transferable).
I accept, Cash, Eftpos, Visa & Mastercard. For orders over $800 Lay By is available. All credit card payments incur the 2% bank charge added to the total payment of your purchases. I do not accept Amex, Diners Club or Cheques.
Do we receive the digital files for printing?
With your Gift Certificate you receive Web/Social Media resolution Digital Files for sharing with family and friends of the images you have printed. If you purchase extra images you receive the Digital files of these images for printing once you invest $895 and over. For orders below $895 you are able to purchase the digital file of any printed images purchased for $150 each. These are saved as high resolution and sized at the print size you ordered. For Example 8" x 12" print receives the equivalent size Digital negative. For digital negatives you wish to purchase without a print, these are $300 each and are saved as high resolution at 8" x 12" print size. ALL digital negatives are supplied fully retouched and colour corrected.
How much will it cost?
I offer a 'Portrait Experience Starter Pack' to get you started or as a gift certificate for someone you love. From there it depends on what you choose to purchase at the design appointment. To give you a rough guide, my families usually invest between $895 – $2495 when they purchase collections for their walls or family albums. Booking Deposit & Payment Options - Corporate Clients
Booking Fees:
A 25% booking fee to secure your date, full payment must be received prior to delivery of final files.
Travel & Parking:
Should Parking Fees be applicable for location Portraits/Shoots, these will be added to the client's total bill or paid for on the day by the client.
There is no travel fee/call out fee within a 10km Radius of Danielle's Studio.
For all other jobs within a 40km radius there is no fee for jobs over $695, under this, your travel fee/ call out fee is quoted on a job by job basis.

Cancellations/ Re-scheduling:
Photographer Cancellations/ Re-scheduling made within 7 days of a booking will incur a 75% Cancellation Fee, and within 2 days of the Clients booked date 100% Cancellation Fee.
(please note this may be negotiable if there are no other 3rd party expenses - as stated below - and is a re-schedule not cancellation).
Studio Hire Cancellations/ Re-scheduling made within 7 days of a booking will incur a 75% Cancellation Fee, and within 2 days of the Clients booked date 100% Cancellation Fee.
Hair and Makeup Artist Cancellations/ Re-scheduling made within 7 days of a booking will incur a 75% Cancellation Fee, and within 2 days of the Clients booked date 100% Cancellation Fee.
Model/Talent Cancellations/ Re-scheduling made within 7 days of a booking will incur a 75% Cancellation Fee, and within 2 days of the Clients booked date 100% Cancellation Fee.
Payment Options:
I accept, Cash, Eftpos, Visa & Mastercard. All credit card payments incur the 2.0% bank charge added to the total payment of your purchases. I do not accept Amex, Diners Club or Cheques.
How Do I Receive My Commercial Files?
All images are supplied digitally - either through digital upload or USB.
